As a potential Coralville Farmers' Market Vendor, I hereby state that in part consideration for being allowed to participate as a Vendor in the Coralville Farmers Market, I shall hold harmless the City of Coralville, and its agents, representatives, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from all losses, fines, claims, or liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, the sale and/or consumption and use of our produce, goods, and merchandise at said Farmers Market for the calendar year of 2024.
