The Watts Development Group is unveiling the newest real estate development at Iowa River Landing.  This multi-story residential development will include sixty condominiums located on 9^th Street, and 13 townhouses above retail space on Iowa River Landing’s Main Street.  A mix of one and two bedroom units will be available for sale and rent in addition to approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space. Currently in the design phase, construction is anticipated to begin this fall with a projected opening of Spring 2015.  Said developer Gary Watts, “Iowa River Landing is a very exciting project and we really like the direction that Coralville has taken on this development.
