– Class: Strength HIIT
– Description: A high-energy, full-body workout packed with bodyweight movements that get your heart pumping and your energy soaring. Designed for all fitness levels, this class builds strength, boosts endurance, and keeps things fun and fast-paced. No equipment needed—just bring your energy and a yoga mat, and get ready to sweat, smile, and crush it!
