Earth Day Event

All volunteers who sign up will be given a group coupon to Backpocket, Tribute, Marquee, 30hop, and Vesta!
We HIGHLY encourage all volunteers to bring their own supplies (gloves, trash pickers, boots, etc). Latex gloves and trash bags will be provided.

*Rain Date will be April 30th.

12:00 – 1:00 PM volunteers will go around the IRL and pick up trash. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to sign in and receive instructions.

1:00 – 4:00 PM Backpocket will have Earth Day kid activities provided by Bur Oak Land and Trust. Bur Oak Land and Trust is a nonprofit organization that has been serving our community for years. With a mission of advancing biodiversity in Eastern Iowa by protecting resilient landscapes and connecting people to nature, Bur Oak is able to help protect and restore our local lands.
