CORALVILLE, Iowa – University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics already is looking to expand its presence in the Iowa River Landing by purchasing the lot across the street from the facility it opened in early October.
The Iowa state Board of Regents voted Thursday to approve the purchase of three parcels of property totaling just less than two acres near the new ambulatory clinic for $1.8 million, which will then be prepared for the development of a clinic to complement the existing medical facility.
