Join us for our Holiday Open Houses at the Iowa River Landing!
This year’s Open Houses take place ahead of Coralville’s Aisle of Lights celebration on Sunday, December 10, 2023!
In addition to specials, samples, and more at your favorite IRL Retailers…we’ve got two more big surprises!
Santa Claus is coming to town! Santa will be at WineStyles (920 East 2nd Avenue, Suite 115). Stop by with your wish list and snap some photos with the family from 12–3!
Horse and carriage rides! Running from 12–4 throughout the neighborhood; a perfect family friendly journey just in time for the holidays. Pickup locations will be near Backpocket Brewing and the Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel.
Elf Hunt! Keep your eyes out for elves in the windows of participating stores. Grab the map at WineStyles, find all the elves, and enjoy a free cupcake at Scratch Cupcakery.
Jingle all the way with exciting offerings!

- From 12–4, explore a trunk show in Von Maur’s jewelry department with an expanded assortment of beautiful jewelry from designer and Iowa native Kenda Kist.
- Kick back with a cold one and enjoy half-price lagers all day!
- Warm up with a hot cocoa station throughout the day.
- Feast on snacks fit for Santa with cookies and cider.
- The team store will be offering 25% off all merchandise from 12-4PM. Stop by for cookies and the perfect gift for the sports fan in your life!
- Enjoy a cup of hot cider while you wait to get your picture taken with Santa, with mulled wine available for the adults!
- Come and take your photo in front of their beautiful tree with your family! It’s the perfect themed photo op. A warm cup of cocoa always hits the spot, so stop and sip at the hot cocoa station, too!
- Enjoy Tribute’s Holiday Featured Cocktails! Caramel Apple Hot Toddy, Peppermint Martini, or The Godfather Christmas. All will be only $10 during the event.

Stop by The Madison building for a grand opening party highlighting our three newest businesses.
